Limited Users can see Administrator files and documents

I have recently re-built and installed a new HDD and MB. Installed a OEM
version of XP with SP2 and created the 5 User accounts I require (2
Administrator and 3 Limited). However, all users can see all others files.
Any ideas why this has happened. Have I partitioned incorrectly to FAT
instead of NTFS?

Use Window Explorer to check the properties of the drive by right clicking
it and selecting properties to see what it says under file system. If you
are using FAT32 you can convert to NTFS without any loss of data [if all
goes well] and if you are using NTFS then the folder in question has
excessive permissions such as for the users or everyone group. See the link
below on how to see and modify NTFS permissions and how to convert your
drive to NTFS. --- Steve
