Limited user & recent Beta release

Just downloaded & installed the newest version of MSAS. (I did uninstall the
old version first, deleted the MSA folder that remained and deleted the
"gcUncompress.dll" file). I installed from my account which is an
administrator account and everything seemed to function properly. However,
when my wife logged in under her account (non administrator) an error box
appeared saying "Unexpected error - quitting". It then tried to continue
loading with a simlar error and then the "101" error message. Under Task
Manager, I see that "gcasServ.exe" is running but there is no bullseye icon
in the systray area.
I can run the program from her account by using the "Run as..." option in
the right-click menu and using my account name & password. I have read that
this new version will only work for administrators but how come the older
betas ran in my wifes account when this one doesn't.
If this can't be corrected, is there a way to stop the error box from
popping up when my wife logs on?

BTW, the version that I have now is 1.0.615 and I have already tried fixing
the problem by uninstalling, deleting the old program directory and cleaning
the registry. Alas, no change.

Same problem exists...runs great for my administrator account...won't run
for my wife's account.

Same problem exists...runs great for my administrator account...won't
run for my wife's account.

I have the exact same problem for me and my husband (we both have an
administrator account with passwords). He gets the error message and I
don't. The icon doesn't show on his account. I tried uninstalling it
completely, went through the registry and deleted EVERY entry. Tried to
reinstall it on his account. I then get an error while installing

"Error 1904. Module C:\Program Files\Microsoft AntiSpyware
\gcAntiSpywareLibrary.dll failed to register. HRESULT - 2147220473. Contact
your support personnel"

When I install the program on my own account I don't get the error and it
works fine for me, but the error box comes up as soon as my husband logs on
to his account.

This all started after update to version 615 with def. vers. 5735. Before
that everything worked perfectly ok for all users on the computer (I also
have a Guest account)

I'm having the same exact problem when trying to upgrade
to the newest version of MSAS. Anybody out there have a
solution?

I have the same/similar problem on win xp (sp2)
(also posted in the threads:
* Problem with Microsoft antispyware beta 1
* Error 1904 dll failed to register)

It works fine with one user (owner) but I can't start the
program with another (both are admins), tried to uninstall
and reinstall, same problem, tried to repair logged in
with the user that have problems and got a lot of errors
about dll files not able to register.

* I don't have malware, adware, spyware on this computer
(scanned with ad-aware, spybot s&d, avg, HJT and so on)
* Microsoft antispyware used to work for that user but it
doesn't anymore
