limited templates avail for creating new sites (2)

On our outside hosted Sharepoint 2.0 site,
when I go to create a new sub-site,
I get tons of available templates... like Classroom, Employee, HR, Helpdesk,
Legal, etc

However, when I go to our internal Sharepoint 2.0 server,
I only get a couple of templates - as listed :
sites --> team site & blank site
workspaces --> doc - basic meeting - blank meeting - decision meeting &
social
meeting

Any idea why this server did not have the total package installed ?
or where & how I can get all the other "standard" templates installed on our
server ?

had Outlook.general & Sharepoint.general listed next to each other,
and clicked on the wrong one
