limited or no connectivity on loopback adapter

Hii, i have installed Microsoft loopback adapter to test some netwrok issues
but after installing it i got message "limited or no connectivity" i know
this is occured in normal state because DHCP didn't assign IP,but in my state
i haven't DHCP, i'm working on my standalone pc and i'm not connected to LAN,
last thing to say is that this happens after i have installed sp2.
