Failed TCP/IP Internet Loopback Test Error Code NC315-5W

Hi,

I ran PC Doctor to test the connection on my network adapter (Realtek
RTL8139/810x Family Fast Ethernet NIC)

The test failed on the following:

Failed TCP/IP Internal Loopback Test Error Code NC315-5W

Failed Network Communication Test Error Code NC315-1W

If anyone could advise on this it would be much appreciated.

Pretty hard for us to know what these error codes mean. Did you check
with PC-Doctor to see what the codes might mean?

Is the Loopback adaptor even installed? Open a Command Prompt and ping
the loopback adapter with this command:

ping 127.0.0.1

What are the results?
