limited choices for programs or files to import from

I am trying to import a CSV file into a Contacts folder, but when I select
"import from another program or file", I only get 3 choices of files to
import - 1)Outlook Express file, 2).pst file or 3)Schedule+ 7.0 file.

I do not have the choice of importing a .csv file. Why not?

How do you choose to do that one function - I just see the global "install
Outlook" etc

never mind - I found the multiple import choices under the custom feature
installation
