limited accounts

Yesterday something changed on my xp comp. None of the users can get onto th
einternet because when they try to open mess. it say something about it not
working or the settings are wrong. When you open exporer it cant find page,
yet any of the admin screens work fine. I can't find anything different
between anything. Anyone got any ideas on how to solve this,

ok it says exactly:" we were unable to sign you in to .NET Messenger service,
possibly because of a problem with the service or with yourinternet
connection. Please make sure that you are connected to the internet.

I have dsl and it works fine on all the admin accounts. It has been working
fine on all accounts up till yesterday. When the linited account goes to sign
in to explorer it can not find page and has you check your tools menu. I
cannot find anything any different in any of the accounts.
