Limited accounts

I have got 1 PC with Windows XP which is formatted as
FAT32. When I set up a limited account I can access the
registry OK under that limited account. On another PC
which is formatted under NTFS, I cannot do this under the
limited account. Is there any way I can do this?

Yes, you just need to adjust the permissions on the Registry key(s) in question. Log in with an Administrator level account, and run Regedit. Locate the key in question, right click it and select Permissions.
