Limited account a has administrator privileges

I am using XP and I have an administrator account and a
limited account. In the beginning the limited account
couldn't install programs couldn't end task in the task
manager but now the account have administrator
privileges. I have already deleted the account once and
when I open the account again it has administrator
privileges. Please help

Depending on how you create the account, it likely has admin privilege
when created, which you can change most easily from the User Accounts
control panel. Change the account type to limited, then logoff and log
back on for the change to take effect.
