Limited Ac and Administrator Ac

I will appear totally ignorant but that's because I am and I would be grateful for some info

There is one Admin account and several limited accounts on the computer I use. What is the best way to ensure that all accounts get the windows updates downloaded. Will that be done automatically for all accounts or do I need to do something? Another question is how to run the anti adware and spyware programs (spybot, ad-aware etc.) so that again all accounts are covered. Once again my apologies for what probably seems obvious to most of you.

Hi Nicole,

Windows Update files are system-wide, and will apply to all user accounts -
there is nothing you need to do different. Most of the system cleanup
programs are designed to concentrate on system-wide components, but I would
suggest you run them from an administrator account to ensure they have the
proper priviledges to check all user account folders.

Thank you Rick. What you tell me is what I originally thought, but on one occasion I ran the antispyware/adware programs on the admin account and then went into one of the limited account to check and the program (I can't remember which one - I have spybot, ad-aware, spyblaster) found more rubbish to get rid of. So does that mean I have some problem somewhere? Thanks for your input.

Hi,

Likely it found it in the tmp files of that user. Some programs may not
check all users.
