limitations with Microsoft.VisualBasic namespace?

are there any limitations to be considered, if I make use of objects in the
Microsoft.VisualBasic namespace?

.... actualy I wanted to use the Microsoft.VisualBasic.Devices but it seams
not to exist?
If I enter "using Microsoft.VisualBasic." Devices are not shown.

Try using "using Microsoft.VisualBasic.Devices" .

Are you using .NET 1.1 or 2.0? I believe that namespace was added in.NET
2.0.

What do you need out of it?

basically yes.
I in the meanwhile found out, that I have to manually add a link to the
Microsoft.VisaulBasic.dll
