limit zip files from search

I would like to search local drives for files without
searching zip files. Is there a way to turn off search
treating zips as subdirectories?

The result will be to lose the normal ability to open Zips as if they
were folders, you will need a third party program like WinZip. Start -
Run and run the line
regsvr32 /u zipfldr.dll

Same without the /u to turn it back on
