Limit to number of characters in a cell?

A friend is having trouble with a spreadsheet. A
particular cell has a lot of text in it, and his complaint
is that he can't see the entire text unless he clicks on
the cell, and also that he can't print the entire cell
text. Can someone give me some ideas, please?

I have posted the document in question on my website. It's
about 35k in size. The cell is N50.

the limit is 1024 charaqcters. You can extend this limit by manually
entering linebreaks with ALT+ENTER
