Okay, i have read through some discussions and seen some contridictions...
I know there is a 32K limitation when creating rules. My question is: Does
this limitation apply ONLY when using an Exchange server? Or will this limit
apply to client side as well? IF so, has Outlook 2007(clinet only) increased
the limit? (I know that the 2007 exchange server has). Please let me know

if you use an exchange acct, there is a 32 kb limit on rules. if you do not
use exchange (no exchange acct in profile) there is no limit. This is
controlled by the exchange server.

There used to be 32kb server side and unlimited client side when you used
exchange acct, but beginning with ol2002, all rules are stored on exchange
if you have an exchange acct.

So what your saying is, as long as I'm not utilizing an exchange server with
my Outook, I should NOT have a size limitation when creating mutipule rules.

Exactly. The only rules limit involves exchange server accts. There is a
possibility that outlook won't support unlimited rules - but the limit is
high enough that no one has reported hitting a limit yet.

Thanks...that is what I wanted to hear!!
