B1 HAS 10 CHARACTER AND D1 HAS 3. OK SAMPLE B1= ABCDEFGHIJ D1=123 OK SO THAT
MEANS I HAVE IN MY CONBINE CELL
A1 =ABCDEFGHIJ123.

OK WHAT I NEED, THAT I DONT KNOW HOW TO DO IS FOR A1 TO LOOK LIKE THIS WITH
OUT HAVING TO EDIT B1.

A1=ABCD123
CAN SOME ONE HELP ME.
THANKS

Hi

If you are saying that you only want 4 characters from B1 and three
characters from D1 then
=LEFT(B1,4)&LEFT(D1,3)

Just for your information, switch off your Caps lock. Typing in all
capitals in the newsgroups is considered as shouting.
