limit a user internet connection in win2000

I have a Win2000 Server with Internet Security Accelerator(ISA) 2000 (SP1) on the same server
CLients are using Win XP Professional with ISA Client Firewall installed
My question:
To limit a user concurrent connections (per user) to one
Log off remote computers when concurrent connections are reached

Users can use any computers to logon to the server
Please help me....
