light printing on screen

about a week ago I started seeing the small printing on
my internet screen light colored, almost like a ink
cartridge going empty.
The printing on the left of the newsgroups internet page
listing the newsgroups is a good example. it is almost
impossible to read.
How do I correct this?

This is most likely a hardware problem - contact your computer manufacturer.
