Licensing

When we delete a user and the server is rebooted, we find
that all of our deleted users are taking up a Windows
License. We revoke the license only to find that on the
next reboot it is re-issued to all deleted users. This
causes us to go over on liceneses. Does any one have an
idea what could be causing this. Please help. Thank you.

Stop and disable the license logging service and keep track of your licenses
manually. The service doesn't work right (and a lot of apps such as Outlook
don't use it properly).
