Licensing service running but no licensing server found

When I run terminal licensing app. It cannot find a licensing server. I
checked the services and it is running. Any ideas???

Win 2k server
 
Try hardcoding the name of the license server into the
registry of the terminal server:

support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;239107
