Licenses for media files corrupted error message

Dell computer came with windows XP. Trying to follow
Microsoft Knowledge Base article - 810422. DRM file
supposed to be in Documents and settings\all users\DRM.
Hidden files shown but not there yet when I try to name a
New Folder "DRM" I get an error. "File with the name you
specified already exists." I don't care about losing all
my licenses I just want to get going again. Thanks for
any help. Rudy

DRM is a "reserve" acronym or "keyword" used in PCs
processors. It stands for "Digital Rights Management",
thus cannot be used. There are over 200 reserve
acronyms/keywords, such as "print", "goto" and "return".
Sorry, try something else.
