[License] Unattended installation of Xp / Downgrade from Vista

We are a company wich regular install Windows Xp or downgrade Vista Bussiness
pc's / laptops to Windows Xp professional.
The idea wich i had was creating an unattended installation DVD with an
option menu etc.
The problem is this cd is pre-configured with a specific XP installation key.
Does Microsoft allow to let me install every pc with this DVD and use it as
a legal Windows Xp?

Because a Windows Xp Prof. Sp1 serial number does not work on a Windows Xp
Prof. Sp2 cd and i don't want to make different cd's.

I want to install a pc completely automatic with the application i select.

Anyone an idea how about the licenses work in this case?

You need to speak to Microsoft about their volume licensing scheme. This is
an issue that affects large corporate users whose IT departments want to
build an Operating System for all their deployed PCs and then just roll out
the same image to all the PCs. Thus we have several thousand PCs with the
same licence key on them.
