License question

When installing Access, do you need to get a license for each computer its
installed on or can you install it on as many computers as you need?
 
The full version of Access requires a license for each computer.

There's also a runtime version of Access that can be distributed without
royalties. It allows users to use prebuilt applications, but not make any
design changes to them.
