I purchased a Dell server with Windows 2003 Server, but I want to downgrade
it to Windows 2000 server. I had checked the Microsoft website, I have the
right to do so.

The question is where can I find the product key? Do I need to purchase
anything else for obtaining the product key? I have one Windows 2000 server
in used, could I use this key for downgrading the server?

You would have to use a Win2K Installation CD and Product Key that
you already possess.

Yes, you may use this Product Key to perform the installation, as
long as you retain the Server 2003 license in your possession, and do
not use it on another computer. It acts as the documentation that
allows the downgrade.
