Licencing Issue with the old clients that have temporary licences

I have activated my licence server recently but still
there are some users whos systems have the old temporary
licences and as soon as the 90 days of these licences
finishes they are unable to connect any more they all have
XP or 2000 clients so supposedly they should be able to
get a free licence from the server any Idea??

I assume that you run W2K on the server?
And W2K Pro or XP Pro (not Home Edition) on the clients?
Have you checked the EventLog on the TS?
Exactly which error message do the clients receive when they are
refused?

Is your TS a amember of a W2K domain? If yes, did you install the
LS on your Domain Controller?
If the TS is a member of an NT 4.0 domain or a workgroup, you'll
