Library Not Registered error on startup

Hi,

On my W2k Pro machine every OTHER time I start it up, I get this error
as windows loads that says:

CTLEaxSP
Library Not registered

And the it freezes and refuses to finish startup. I have to reboot, and
it works.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software that uses the file
in question, but to no avail.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

You could run regsvr32 /s CTLEaxSP in a shutdown script.
