Every couple of days i have to unistall and reinstall the program.I used to not have to do this.What can i do to fix this promblem.

I also have a problem where my X63 needs to be uninstalled, but I cant find the program name in add/remove programs. can someone tell me how to find it. It also states that its busy, so it wont print when I tell it. I have XP pro and this seems to be part of the problem. B.E
