Lexmark X5470 printing from XP wireless to Vista desktop problem

Problem printing from XP Wireless Compaq laptop to new Gateway desktop PC
with Vista Home Premium. The XP Wireless laptop prints only when the Vista
PC is restarted. The new Lexmark 5470 printer is connected to the USB port
on the
Gateway Vista PC. I can see the print document in the shared printer que but
can not get it to print until restarting the Vista PC. The Vista PC came with
McAfee preinstalled. I have turned off the MCAfee Firewall with no luck. Have
gone though the steps in
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/network/evaluate/vista_fp.mspx with no luck.
Help!!!

Sounds like either the Vista PC is disconnecting itself from the network or
the USB port on the Vista PC is set to sleep when not in use.

I found the problem with my printing. I went to Lexmark website & downloaded
the "Vista" driver & installed. Works fine now.
