letters bigger

I have several programs that I run that have recently started to show larger
letters and therefore exceeding the window or area space. I have display
'font' feature at normal. Any help? It does get in the way of efficiently
moving through program steps.

You might try experimenting with the Display settings. Start, Control
Panel,
Display, Settings, Resolution -less?

It might help to mention the specific programs, or the type of context
boxes that display in too large a font.

A few things to try:

- Press the Ctrl key and roll the mouse wheel up and down.

- In Display Properties, Settings tab, Advanced button, change the DPI
setting to the "Normal Size".

- In Display Properties, Appearance tab, Advanced button, click the
image that reads "Message Box", and change the font size.

- In Display Properties, Themes tab, change the theme to Windows XP.
You might save your current theme before changing to another though.
