Let me stop spammers

Add a feature in OE that will allow the user the option to block the ISP who
is sending spam through it's system. Under where you have "Block Sender," add
one that reads, "Block ISP."

When I get a spam e-mail and click on the option, I'd like the program to
note the ISP and tell me:

1. How many spam e-mails I've noted coming from that ISP so I can take
what- ever action I deem necessary.
2. I'd like to have the option of blocking everything coming from that ISP
for a period of 10 days, 30 days, 6 months or permanently - but let me
make that decision.

Spammers change names and domain names constantly, but, damnit, they all
have to have an ISP who has to remain "still," and there is the weak spot!
One person blocking out everything coming from them won't get their
attention, but when 100,000 people do, they'll have to decide to cut loose
the spammer or lose customers who find out what's happening.

AND...

3. ... have it send - with my permission - an e-mail to the offending ISP
advising them of the action I have taken against them, how long the "time
out" period is, and the reason.

Spammers can and do change names almost daily, but, damnit, they don't ISPs,
and when the legit customers of the ISP find out what's happening, the ISP
will have to decide between them and the spammer's business.

Nothing stops you from adding a domain to the blocked senders list.
However, making an Outlook Express suggestion in an Office Outlook newsgroup
doesn't get you anywhere.
