Let me delete attachments from an e-mail I have received

Outlook now shows me "Large e-mails" that I have saved, and almost all of
them have attachements that I have saved or don't want, although I may still
want the e-mail message. Why not delete all attachments from the original
message when they are saved using "Save attachments" - ar at least make that
an option?
