Lernout & Hauspie TruVoice American English TTS Engine

In my add/remove programs, the above is situated, when I try to "remove" it
I get an error message "Error: could not locate INF file
'C:\WINDOWS\INF\tv_enau.inf'.'

What is it - what does it do - should/how can I remove it.
