Lenovo compatibility issues

None of my Lenovo v 3000 software programs are functioning with Vista
business , the intergrated camera , bluetooth , lenovo care and even omni
pass all have been blocked by windows defender !

ii recived the vista cd from lenovo and my systme is capable for the
business verison , however i still can seem to get this working

how do i fix this issue ?

when i mentioned have been blocked , i meant it reads as not yet classified
or in progress and as a result they have been blocked and do not function
