I am getting an exclamation mark on aspi_32. When I went
to delete in the registry, it says that it cannot be
modified or deleted.
 
You don't have the ASPI drivers installed. You need those for various CD-Writers. There is a ASPI check which you can use to check your ASPI layer. Google.
