You could try installing the compatws.inf template which would loosen ntfs/registry
permissions to be about the same as a power user without their additional powers. Or
you could try to modify ntfs/registry permissions so that regular users could run the
programs. The software vendor may be able to help or you could try your self with
tools such as filemon and regmon [log on as user and use runas to execute] to see
where access is being denied while trying to run an application as a regular
