I finally succeed to set up VPN connection to our company network.

I configure my laptop Outlook, but it promped to me that the setting is to
download messages from our Exchange server, deleting them from the server.

I had a try and it was effectively doing that!

I tried to find the flag "leave messages on server" but I cannot find it!

How can I set Outlook to leave messages on server when connecting from
remote through VPN?

Thanks!

Mauro

Make sure you configure it as an Exchange account and not as a POP3 account
and that the default delivery location isn't a pst-file but the Exchange
mailbox.

Hi Roady, thanks for your quick reply.
Default inbox is "personal folder" so I think this is the problem! If I set
it as the Exchange account, will it keep all mail on the server?

Do not use a Personal Folders file as your default delivery location.
Specify the Exchange account. I can't tell you how, though, since you
didn't state your Outlook version.
