Leave Tracker

I prepared a leave tracker. Some of the column of this tracker contactains
various data containing formula in relevant columns like;
Column-A = "Previous month Balance" > here I put the number of balance days
form the prevoius month.
Column-B = "Earned this month" > here I put the number of monthly accural
days.
Column-C = "Total Earned" > here I have the sumup of column A + B.
Column-D = "Used this month" > here I have the number of days used by the
employee.
Clumnd-E = "Balanced Days" > Here I have the difference of Column C - D.

The leave days are adding up every month with a specific prorate amount to
the employees leave balance. According to our rule when an employee completes
his/her one year assignment then we should have to deduct up to 5 days of
leaves from his accrual amount (if the accural amount is more than 5 days,
lesser amount does not need any deduction). So I need this deduction to be
happend automatically.

Please adivse ...

You say up to 5 days. You do not, however, state what criteria is used.
When do you subtract 1 day, when 2,3,4 or 5?

Hi,
Giving you an example on how we are deducting these days;

Lets suppose an employee has accured 20 days leave on his 12th month
assignment. in this case as we want to deduct upto 5 days so we need to minus
15 days from 20 to get 5 days that should be transfered over to the next year
of employee's assignment.

I want to apply a formula in this tracker that once the employee completes
his/her one year it should automatically deduct 15 days from total accrual
amount and give us 5 days transferable amount to the second year of employees
assignment.

The 20 days accrual is just an emxpale however it varies for other employees
and definitely the number of dedcutable amount is also be varied upon
deduction.

Thanks,

Jawed
