Leave messages on Server?

How do I set Outlook so it will leave the messages on my POP3 server?

I've been using Netscape Mail, and this feature is clearly visible under
the Preference menu. In Outlook, I see no such option.

Go to Tools
then go to Accounts
Then go to Properties

On the advanced tab, at the bottom is a check mark for
delivery saying leave copy o message on server.

Go to tools>eamail options>view or change existing email>settings
