Leave emails on the server

I connect through VPN to my work mail serever with Microsoft Outlook 2003.
When I synchronize my account, it removes all of the mails from the server
and download them to my personal pc! I wanted to be able to leave a copy on
the server. Help is appreciated?

It's an option in the e-mail account that you defined in Outlook.
