Lease Time Problem

Sir / Madam
I have 2 Pc's Connected over lan. 1 is running on Win XP Pro and the 2nd on Win 2000 Pro. The machine on which Xp Pro is running has ICS Configured on it. The other Pc does obtain an IP address from the Host Pc but the Lease obtained Expires within 1 Minute. How do I overcome this Problem

Help on this matter would be highlly appreciated

There is no way to configure the DHCP server that ICS sets up. Why is a one
minute lease a problem?
