I want to let you know,that I truly appreciate, your help site.I have been
having a problem with my cd-rom since doing a recovery,and I've asked all
around to try to resolve this.By reading thru the posts,about cd/dvd
problems I was able to find a way to go into the registry ( which scared me
to death)and correct the problem. the instructions where exact, and I was
able to follow.For me that's a great achievement as I am not a computer
whiz. Thank you all so much,Please keep up the good work. Judi
