Leadtek TV2000XP Deluxe TV Card Problem with sound

Since updating to sp1 (in XP Pro) I am having problems
with the sound recording on the leadtek board.
Recording to HDD seems fine (meaning I get sound and
video) BUT when I record direct to DVD (NEC 1300A v1.08)
I get no sound!!
Before I updated to sp1 it would record video & sound
direct to DVD (although there was some sync problems on 1
channel)
I have un-installed/re-installed, removed/re-fitted card
etc tried other audio codecs (crashed my system) tried
all different setting, but still no joy :-(
One thing I did do was tick the silent recording box ONCE
just to see what it did (not clear in the limited manual)

leadtek are about as much use as a chocolate tea-pot and
havent replied to any of my email requests about a
solution.
So if anybody out there knows how to sort this I would be
very very gratefull as being a bit folically challenged I
can't afford to be pulling any more of my hair out trying
to sort this.

It sounds like u have the same card as me.

Did u select the AUX/CD in the options
for the sound? I had the same prob until I
changed both to AUX, since this card
is pluuged into the AUX sound on the mobo.
