ldifde install on XP Pro box

Hello,
I'm creating an *.ldf file to update users in AD.
My problem is I don't have ldifde.exe on my XP Prod box.
Can I install it by just copying ldifde.exe from the server to the XP box?
Are there any other files I need to copy?
