ldifde imort contact list

I want to import contact list by using ldifde but I’m not sure what is correct ways. Can someone help me

Here is my example

dn: CN=Sarafanov\, Irene,OU=idealstore,DC=TROY,DC=CO
changetype: ad
displayName: Sarafanov, Iren
objectclass: use
samAccountName: IRENE.SARAFANO
userpassword: Password

what should I replace if I only want to import as contact list and can I also have mail enable too

I know how to import user account ldifde –I –f c:\filename.ldf

Dr. Pepper,

I am not sure what you are trying to accomplish with this. Are you trying
to import an already existing set of AD Contacts to an .ldf file or are you
trying to create a new list of AD contacts via ldifde? From your example I
might think that you are trying to create Contacts.

We recently purchased a company and they are running exchange 5.5 in Windows NT4.0 environment, we would like to able to import their exchange 5.5 directory to our GAL as contacts list so we can have information about their users account and forward email to them. we are running exchange 2000 and Windows 2000 Active Directory

they will provide an export exchange 5.5 directory as CVS file and we need to import it as contacts list in our GAL

any easy way to do this or 3rd party software
