ldb File Information

I have an Access 2003 db on a network drive.
Is there a setting that I am missing somewhere that will tell me who is in
my database? I go to properties of my ldb file but the author (and all other
information) is blank. Is there a security setting or some other setting I
can adjust so the ldb information is filled out?
I need to do updates to the database but can't get exclusive access if I
don't know who to kick out.

Try opening the LDB file using Notepad. Just don't make any changes or save it.
