LDAP Directory?

I bought a Pocket PC the other day and with it followed an upgraded version of Outlook (2002). Since I installed this new version on my PC, I keep getting a message all the time: Can't contact LDAP Directory server (81). I don't know what this is, what I am to do or how I get rid of the search for this server. What am I to do?

Mostly greatful for guidance by someone,

tools, accounts, add/change address books - is there and LDAP directory
present? Typically you should only have outlook address book.
