LDAP Directory

I initiated the pre installed 60 day trial of MS Office Outlook 2003, and
followed that by purchasing the CDs. I've installed the software, but still
when I attempt to open Outlook, a log in screen appears titled LDAP
Directories, with server name:NULL, port: 3268 and User: NULL. These must
have been downloaded with the initial activatation of the trial. How do I get
rid of this, or modify it to reflect information that pertains to me:

You can remove the ldap address book by selecting Tools | Email Accounts |
View/Change directories and address books (4th radio button) | Next.
Highlight LDAP/Active Directory and remove the address book provider.
