LDAP Directory Servier (81) error

I just installed Outlook 2003 and cannot send emails, however I can receive
them. I am getting the error message in my Subject line above.

How do I verify that the settings for the LDAP server are correct?

DO you need to reference an LDAP server? If it's for home mail, I suspect
not. Click Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing directories or
address books>Next. Select the LDAP server and click Remove.

Thanks, however I tried that and verified the POP3 settings with my ISP and
it still won't send emails out. Outlook Express works, and I have verified
my firewall settings. Any other suggestions?

No where did I mention checking anything about POP account settings and they
are irrelevant to your problem.
