LDAP Directory Server Name: NULL

Reconfiguring Outlook 2003 from a POP3 to an Exchange account. Entered the
exchange server address and username when I clicked check name I got this
error window:

Microsoft LDAP Directory
Connection Details
Server name: NULL
Port: 3268
User name: NULL
Password: (blank)
Use Secure Password Authentication (SPA) deseleted check box
OK and Cancel buttons (There is an Apply button but it's in active)

I clicked Cancel and it found found the user anyway. The POP3 account has
been deleted. The exchange mail is being received in users mailbox on the
server. User still has access to personal folders when using POP3 account.

So far, this is the only user that's having this error when connecting to
the Exchange Server.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Do you require an LDAP server? If not remove the service from the profile.

Thanks for the response.

This is the only user that's receiving this error. The admin didn't know
what it ment, so I guess we don't need it.

Could you verify please: To remove this...
Open Outlook, select Tools, Email Accounts, View, Change directories and
address book. Next highlight LDAP/Active Directory and remove the address
book.

Thanks again.
