Lazycat 1.0

Searching for a disk cataloguer that does EVERYTHING automatic? Don't
want to push any lame scan buttons, or make up names for your disks?
LazyCat fully automatically makes a index of ALL of your files!
(including those on CD-ROM, ZIP etc.) It works in the background, no
user action is required! When your looking for a file you just press
the hotkey, type in the name and you know where it is! Also great for
finding files you've downloaded a while ago. (Windows 95/98/ME/2000/NT
compatible.)

Is anyone familiar with this application? Apparently, before it went
shareware, there was a freeware version 1.0.b3:unfortunately, the link
to it on SOS's site is no longer functional. Seems like an interesting
app if it performs as advertised.

LS is a more resource effiicient version of this. Doesnt run/update

If you want to try it get it from here:

http://www7.spread-it.com/dl.php?id=5bcfc4065acfb3118a1a3bc120bbba4a3ab21172

only 183 kb zipp file. App is *very basic* - scans and keeps directory info
in a database. Only simple searches available.
