Layout tables

Does anyone know how to work with the layout tble function
in 2003?
Trying to create a layout table 2x3 cells
in which one of the cells contains page specific text and
the other cells remain static throughout the website
 
Use the Dynamic Web Template.

Or just use Include functions in the changing cell. Then each pag would be exactly the same but would have different stuff included. You could even use the same basic page and set the page to be included via a passed variable from each link if you wanted
